How should GE unveil it’s new “healthymagination” business strategy, a $6 billion investment in healthcare?
SOLUTION:
For three years running, Beeby Clark+Meyler has positioned GE CEO Jeff Immelt in live video in the banner space (an industry first), each year evolving interaction with the audience. The 2009 event featured Mr. Immelt while simultaneously allowing users to comment directly in the live video player (another industry first) portraying GE’s sense of immediacy on important issues.
RESULTS:
437,000 viewers. More than 4,000 comments submitted in the live player unit. 212,000 viewed 2+ minutes. More than 63,000 viewed 5+ minutes.
