Tom Beeby

Principal - Executive Creative Director

Tom is responsible for the superb quality of the creative programs coming out of Beeby Clark+Meyler. He specializes in brand expressions that work in synergy across multiple platforms. He worries about strategy first, then allows his original creative tactics in Social, Mobile, Video, eCRM, Digital Promotions, Print, and DM to flow from there.

Prior to joining Beeby Clark+Meyler, Tom spent 10 years at Modem Media, leaving after 4 years in the top creative spot (SVP, Executive Creative Director) at headquarters to pursue his dream as an agency principal.

At Modem Media, Tom supervised a team of 50+ creative personnel, and was directly responsible for the creative product on $50 million in billings per year.

Tom's clients at Modem Media included: Delta Air Lines, Song Airlines, Revlon, Kraft Foods, Sony, Wyeth, Home Depot, AOL, Merrill Lynch, Monster, and the Heineken and Amstel brands. Prior to joining Modem Media, Tom was a writer in the creative group at Welles-Rich-Greene in New York.

Tom has 3 amazing boys. His interests outside of his family and his work include travel, playing guitar in a band, cooking, writing, reading, and skiing. Tom's teams have taken home multiple awards from the Echo's, Effies, Addy's, Caples, One Show, Cannes, Graphis, Ad:Tech, and many others in between.

Michael K. Clark

Principal

Prior to founding Beeby Clark+Meyler, Michael Clark was Vice-President of Strategic Marketing Services for Modem Media, Inc. where he had served as the strategic leader for many of the firm's most important client accounts. A significant amount of his work involves integrating business strategy, advertising, and internet-based communications & services, to help clients demonstrate measurable returns on marketing investments.

Michael's marketing and consulting experience spans many industry sectors and parts of the world. Some of his prominent clients have included: Eastman Kodak, Chase Bank, Merck, Bayer, Delta Air Lines, Johnson & Johnson, Avon, General Motors, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. His early consulting career was focused on identifying and capturing new product opportunities in emerging international consumer markets with an emphasis on Asia.

Prior to joining Modem Media, Michael worked with Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. as a Senior Consultant responsible for facilitating strategic executive decision-making and designing complex new product development and launch plans. He also analyzed organizational work processes and studied high-performance new product development environments to ensure successful attainment of strategic market-entry goals.

Previously, Michael worked at CIGNA Property & Casualty Companies, Inc. as a Senior Loss Control Specialist. In this capacity, Michael was responsible for protecting the assets of major commercial insurance risks involving product liability prevention. Michael's career has touched all aspects of the product-market life-cycle from concept to promotion to consumer launch.

Michael received his M.B.A. in Management/Organizational Behavior with a concentration in Corporate Strategy from New York University. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from State University of New York College at Buffalo. Michael is an active member of Project Management Institute (PMI), the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), and is often a speaker at national and local conferences. Michael resides in New York City.

Stuart H. Meyler

Principal

Prior to founding Beeby Clark+Meyler, Stuart Meyler was a Vice-President of Strategic Marketing Services for Modem Media where he spent almost 9 years helping the world's leading brands achieve marketing success. Stuart's work while at Modem Media included clients such as Delta Air Lines, Marriott, HP, IBM, Kraft, Eastern Mountain Sports, and others. While at Modem Media, Stuart founded the Database Marketing and Search Engine Marketing practice areas. Stuart brings a unique perspective to marketing strategy, formed by over 14 years of combined direct and interactive marketing experience. Stuart is a regular speaker at conferences such as SMX, ad:tech, and others. When not busy helping his clients succeed with digital media, Stuart can be found at home in Ridgefield, CT with his wife and two children.

Scott Sterner

SVP - Search & Performance Media

Scott is the SVP of Search & Performance Marketing at Beeby, Clark+Meyler. With over 15 years of digital media experience, Scott and his team are focused on managing sophisticated and complex campaigns and delivering accountable and profitable results to BCM's clients.

Prior to joining BCM in 2011, Scott was the Search Marketing capability lead within Publicis Modem (formally Modem Media) and Managing Director of the Publicis Modem Connecticut office where he spent eight years. He was responsible for developing the strategic direction and acted as a search relationship lead for clients that include Marriott International, General Mills, Delta Air Lines, Song, Kraft Foods, Dice, Time Warner Cable, Subway, Sony along with many others.

Before that Scott was with IPG's Wahlstrom Interactive for eight years and helped develop the Interactive unit with a concentration in Search Marketing. Client experience included GE, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Nestle Waters, among others.

Scott holds a bachelor of science degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. He resides in Fairfield, CT with his wife Alison and three children Tate, Kyle and Casey.

Prior to joining BCM in 2012, Jill was a Director of Search Marketing at Publicis Modem (formally Modem Media) where she and her team led sophisticated, successful search strategies for large-scale clients such as Marriott, Wyeth and Subway.

Jill attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI and holds a bachelor of science degree in Web Management/E-Commerce Marketing. She resides in Milford, CT.

Al Cadena

Sr. Account Director

Al has worked in digital marketing and advertising for over 10 years, developing programs for clients such as Nestle, Disney, General Electric, Marriott, Sony, Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation, and others. He has worked in all aspects of digital, including production, creative, accounts, strategy, and analytics. Previously he was tapped by Nestle USA and Michigan State University to teach classes on social media and "What's new in digital." What drives him in his job is understanding the principles underlying digital media that leads to success. He holds a MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Debbie Fagerstrom

Sr. Director - Media Partnerships

Debbie is a digital marketer with over 20 years of media strategy and buying experience in digital display, online video, social media, CRM, mobile as well as traditional channels. In her role as Media Director at BCM she has predominantly worked with GE developing custom digital solutions for their ecomagination and healthymagination campaigns.

During the course of her career, Debbie has worked closely within an interdisciplinary team structure to drive efficient and measurable results for her clients . Her client roster is expansive including retail accounts, food products, technology, OTC pharmaceuticals and CPG. Among many, some of her more memorable campaigns include, the first online video up front for Kraft Foods, the Oreo Double Stuff Racing League Campaign featuring the Manning brothers, "The Softer Side of Sears," the successful launch of Abreva (cold sore product) and the GE ecomagination Line Dance contest and live streaming events.

She was a core member of the 4A's Digital Video Innovation Committee and has received a Reggie award, OMMA awards and Innovation awards for key campaigns.

Debbie holds a bachelors of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from University of Vermont. She resides in Darien, Connecticut with her husband and two girls. When she is not formulating strategic digital solutions for her clients, she can be found on the courts playing competitive tennis, making crafts with her girls or trailing her girls on the ski slopes.

Donna Levin

Finance Director

As the Finance Director, Donna overseas and is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects within BCM. Donna is a seasoned financial executive with 20 years of expansive experience, throughout several industries. Prior to coming on board with BCM, she was Director of Finance & Operations at a publishing company, Professional Media Group, LLC. Previous to PMG, she was Sr. Vice President of Operations for 15 years in mortgage banking. With her banking and finance background she has expertise in the enhancement, organization and streamlining of existing processes, in addition to the development of reorganizational structures to position a company for growth.

Donna has served on many Boards as an Officer, including Treasurer of the Professional Association of Mortgage Women and as Treasurer of Weaver Street Condominium Association. She is a Notary Public in the states of Connecticut and New York. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado. Her hobbies include skiing, scuba diving, boxing and weight training; while she is a voracious reader, enjoys traveling abroad and volunteers for several charities. Donna resides in Greenwich, CT.

Lijo Joseph

Sr. Director, Performance Media

Lijo is a multidisciplinary digital marketer with nearly a decade of expertise covering various performance media tactics including search & display media on desktop and mobile channels. As a Senior Director, Performance Media at Beeby, Clark+Meyler, he leads the practice of programmatic performance media buying across desktop, mobile & emerging media channels.

Over the years Lijo has worked with clients across travel, retail, fashion, finance, real estate, healthcare and industrial verticals. He has helped grow the ROI of their online campaigns YOY by integrating online (website) and offline measurement channels (call center, POS).

Lijo was instrumental in the product development of the BCM interactive communications dashboard (ICD) with live streaming video and interactive features like commenting and polling. The interactive dashboard has been used successfully several times to host global corporate communicationevents for clients like GE.

He holds a bachelors degree in computer science engineering from Kerala University, India and an MBA in marketing from Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors by skiing, rafting and biking.
