Prior to joining Beeby Clark+Meyler, Tom spent 10 years at Modem Media, leaving after 4 years in the top creative spot (SVP, Executive Creative Director) at headquarters to pursue his dream as an agency principal.

Prior to founding Beeby Clark+Meyler, Michael Clark was Vice-President of Strategic Marketing Services for Modem Media, Inc. where he had served as the strategic leader for many of the firm's most important client accounts. A significant amount of his work involves integrating business strategy, advertising, and internet-based communications & services, to help clients demonstrate measurable returns on marketing investments.

Prior to founding Beeby Clark+Meyler, Stuart Meyler was a Vice-President of Strategic Marketing Services for Modem Media where he spent almost 9 years helping the world's leading brands achieve marketing success. Stuart's work while at Modem Media included clients such as Delta Air Lines, Marriott, HP, IBM, Kraft, Eastern Mountain Sports, and others. While at Modem Media, Stuart founded the Database Marketing and Search Engine Marketing practice areas. Stuart brings a unique perspective to marketing strategy, formed by over 14 years of combined direct and interactive marketing experience. Stuart is a regular speaker at conferences such as SMX, ad:tech, and others. When not busy helping his clients succeed with digital media, Stuart can be found at home in Ridgefield, CT with his wife and two children.

She is an accomplished and driven digital marketing professional with nearly 10 years' experience in search engine marketing, local search and and mobile marketing. Passionate about travel marketing, she has driven smart ecommerce strategies for clients such as Marriott Hotels.

Al has worked in digital marketing and advertising for over 10 years, developing programs for clients such as Nestle, Disney, General Electric, Marriott, Sony, Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation, and others. He has worked in all aspects of digital, including production, creative, accounts, strategy, and analytics. Previously he was tapped by Nestle USA and Michigan State University to teach classes on social media and "What's new in digital." What drives him in his job is understanding the principles underlying digital media that leads to success. He holds a MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Debbie is a digital marketer with over 20 years of media strategy and buying experience in digital display, online video, social media, CRM, mobile as well as traditional channels. In her role as Media Director at BCM she has predominantly worked with GE developing custom digital solutions for their ecomagination and healthymagination campaigns.

As the Finance Director, Donna overseas and is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects within BCM. Donna is a seasoned financial executive with 20 years of expansive experience, throughout several industries. Prior to coming on board with BCM, she was Director of Finance & Operations at a publishing company, Professional Media Group, LLC. Previous to PMG, she was Sr. Vice President of Operations for 15 years in mortgage banking. With her banking and finance background she has expertise in the enhancement, organization and streamlining of existing processes, in addition to the development of reorganizational structures to position a company for growth.

Lijo is a multidisciplinary digital marketer with nearly a decade of expertise covering various performance media tactics including search & display media on desktop and mobile channels. As a Senior Director, Performance Media at Beeby, Clark+Meyler, he leads the practice of programmatic performance media buying across desktop, mobile & emerging media channels.
Over the years Lijo has worked with clients across travel, retail, fashion, finance, real estate, healthcare and industrial verticals. He has helped grow the ROI of their online campaigns YOY by integrating online (website) and offline measurement channels (call center, POS).
Lijo was instrumental in the product development of the BCM interactive communications dashboard (ICD) with live streaming video and interactive features like commenting and polling. The interactive dashboard has been used successfully several times to host global corporate communicationevents for clients like GE.
He holds a bachelors degree in computer science engineering from Kerala University, India and an MBA in marketing from Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors by skiing, rafting and biking.
